Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, as indicated by the shipment tracking information. All returned items must be received back in-store within 14 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition, including all attached tags—this includes, but is not limited to, the original price tag with original attachment and any anti-wardrobing tags (360 ID Tag).

Items with attached anti-wardrobing tags must show no signs of tampering or removal, such as a "VOID" mark on the closure sticker or a different ID number than originally shipped.  We photograph the location and unique number on each product prior to shipping the products.

Jewelry, accessories, and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once returned items are inspected and meet the return criteria, the order will be processed for a refund. Refunds are processed in the order they are received and could take up to 30 days. After the refund has been processed, please allow a few additional business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your merchant processor.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the care of an item, such as through dry cleaning, washing, or regular wear.

We recommend shipping your return via an insured parcel service that provides tracking to ensure proof of delivery.
