About Estilo Outlet
Estilo Outlet is an extension of Estilo Boutique — a long-standing, locally owned Austin retailer known for a thoughtfully curated mix of women’s, men’s, and kids’ clothing. Our outlet store offers past-season styles, special buys, and exclusive finds at approachable price points, without sacrificing the elevated, personal service Estilo is known for.
This is not a fast-fashion environment. We value quality, storytelling, and helping customers find pieces they’ll actually wear and love.
The Role
We’re looking for a part-time Sales Associate to support our Outlet store during our busiest days — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys styling, connecting with people, and creating a welcoming in-store experience, even in a fast-paced outlet setting.
You’ll be a key part of helping customers navigate our assortment, discover great value, and leave feeling confident about what they purchased.
What You’ll Do

Deliver warm, genuine customer service that reflects the Estilo brand

Help customers style outfits and find pieces that fit their lifestyle and budget

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

Assist with POS transactions, returns, and basic inventory tasks

Replenish merchandise and help keep the outlet easy to shop

Support weekend traffic with energy, flexibility, and teamwork
Who You Are

Friendly, reliable, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of customers

Interested in fashion, styling, and curated retail (you don’t need to be an expert — curiosity counts)

Able to work independently while also being a strong team player

Comfortable standing, moving, and assisting customers throughout a shift
