How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

SHIPPING SPEED
Orders shipped with Standard Shipping will be sent using the fastest available service from our preferred carrier, at a rate closest to the standard shipping cost. For many metropolitan areas within the United States, delivery typically takes 2–3 days. If Overnight Shipping is selected, the order will be shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. The cutoff for overnight shipping is 2 p.m. Monday - Friday.

FULFILLMENT SPEED
Most regularly priced items are shipped within a few business days, unless unforeseen issues arise, such as difficulty locating the item. Sale items may require a week or more to be located, retrieved, and prepared for shipment.Once an order leaves our store, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and you can follow the package using its tracking number.

How To Return My Items?

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, as indicated by the shipment tracking information. All returned items must be received back in-store within 14 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition, including all attached tags—this includes, but is not limited to, the original price tag with original attachment and any anti-wardrobing tags.

Items with attached anti-wardrobing tags must show no signs of tampering, such as a VOID mark on the closure sticker or a different ID number than originally shipped.

Jewelry, accessories, and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once returned items are inspected and meet the return criteria, the order will be processed for a refund. Refunds are processed in the order they are received and could take up to 30 days. After the refund has been processed, please allow a few additional business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your merchant processor.
